I decided to put my place up for sale this last year (2006). Obviously it wasn’t the greatest time to sell for the Southern California market (down market). In the later part of 2004 I decided to move to Austin, Texas and rented my place out for the first year to make sure of my move. After thinking long and hard, I put it up for sale mid 2006. The reason I tell you this is, all my dealing with William were not in person, all over the phone long distance.
