His accolades include  2000 President of the San Diego Association of REALTORS, Director to California Association of REALTORS from 1993 through 2004. State Association CREPAC trustee from 2001 through 2004, Director to the National Association of REALTORS from 2000 through 2004.

In 2003 he was appointed Vice Chair of the National Association of REALTORS MLS Forum and served as Chair in 2004 and held the post of Federal District Coordinator ( FDC ) to the Honorable Susan Davis, HR, 2005 Congress since she was first elected to office in 2000.
