In Celebration of My 200th Post

As I have now reached the stage that I am being recognized as a serious and committed writer and a viable contributor to the blogging world, I wanted to share with you the many personal and some very revealing comments I received to that post on my social blogging network. My friends and colleagues around the country, are REALTORS and other professionals of the highest caliber and credentials and I am pleased to call them my friends.
I took on this idea of blogging back on the last day of March 2007. I wanted to contribute both to the industry and also provide a guide to the consumer that there are professionals out there that can make a profound difference in your real estate buying and selling experience. I have so many client testimonials that reading them is a bit taxing. But these comments that follow also speak to what I have a real passion for and that is being a REALTOR that not only enables the public with more and better information about real estate but also my peers, those professionals that know this industry and appreciate what it takes to be successful.
I rarely ever write about myself, I get so caught up in the issues of the day. But this post is a bit different. The comments alone will be a very long read. I am so pleased and honored to bring this to you, my readers.
And here you are with your lovely voice and talent. Congratulations on your 200th post with a “hey you…I am so glad I met you and you are a wonderful inspiration to my soul” Thanks William….for being you.

Wow! Congrats on the 200 posts in 6 months. I will have to take a look at your Outlook group. I am not as proficient in Outlook as I would like to be. I upgraded to 2007 and am a little lost. I use it well, but I know I am not using it to it’s full potential.

What a delight it has been meeting you through our affiliation on AR. I have no doubt that we would have met somehow, somewhere. When we actually met in person for the first time, I think we both felt a special connection as though we’d known one another forever.
William, one of the things I admire most about you (aside from your impeccable appearance, genuine smile, and that you are such great company) is your deep desire to share what you know with others. You give whole-heartedly, without reservation to clients and business associates. Your accomplishments in the field of real estate and in life are great and you willingly share all you have, all you know.

William- Congratulations on your 200th post. I feel like I know you because I read all your comments you write on Sally’s blog. I am going to join the Outlook group soon. I am not in a position to spread my time any thinner so I hesitate to get into new things like this. However, we have been using ACT for years now after we dumped Top Producer for Contact management and I would like something simpler and not as expensive as ACT. When we have an issue we pay $75 an hour to get it resolved. I am looking for a better way and not sure if Outlook is that way or not but I am willing to find out. I will check out your tomato blog. William: I just subscribed to the Real Estate Tomato. I read through some of the articles and will definitely read more. I haven’t been on AR long but I have read several of your blogs. I find them interesting, and very informative. I’ve only been in RE for 1 1/2 yrs and I’m constantly trying to find ways to become a better agent.
